I'm fundraising for Prevent Breast Cancer
In 2019, I was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of 35. What followed was one of the toughest battles of my life—chemotherapy, radiotherapy, several surgeries, and ongoing hormone therapy. It tested me in ways I never thought possible, but it also showed me just how resilient I can be
I've set myself a challenge that's completely outside my comfort zone: competing in my very first bodybuilding competition. The thought of stepping on stage fills me with dread, but I've learned that nothing good ever comes from staying in your comfort zone.
As I push my body and mind through months of training, discipline, and a whole new kind of pain, I wanted to use this journey to give something back. Im fundraising for a cause close to my heart - Prevent Breast Cancer, the UK's only charity committed to the prediction and prevention of breast cancer.
If my journey inspires even one person to believe that life doesn't end with a cancer diagnosis, then every early morning, every tough workout, and every nerve-racking moment on stage will be worth it.
